Services We Offer

We are a team of health professionals offering the following services

Paedeatric Occupational Therapy

Paediatric Occupational Therapy Services

Our paediatric occupational therapy services focus on empowering children by building on their strengths and helping them overcome challengeswith their everyday activities, or "occupations." These activities include tasks they need to do, want to do, or are expected to do as part of daily life.

We take a family-centred, strengths-based approach that highlights each child’s unique strengths and interests, fostering confidence, independence, and joy in everyday activities at home, school, and in the community.

We use a developmental, play-based approach as a powerful tool to foster growth. Through play, we promote the development of essential cognitive, social, communication, motor, and sensory regulation skills in a way that feels natural and enjoyable for each child

Assessment

Our assessments are designed to identify not only areas for growth but also your child’s strengths, providing a holistic understanding of their development. These insights guide individualised therapy goals that help children thrive.  Therapy goals are set with the parents/carers and children at the end of the assessment process.

Assessments start with a meeting with parents/carers to discuss your concerns and goals.

The assessment may explore:

  • Fine and gross motor skills (e.g., handwriting, coordination, strength)

  • Sensory processing differences (e.g., comfort with textures, sounds, and movement)

  • Social and emotional strengths (e.g., self-regulation, peer interaction)

  • Self-care and independence (e.g., dressing, toileting, eating)

  • School readiness (e.g., attention, motor planning, and classroom participation)

Individual Therapy Sessions

Our one-on-one sessions are highly individualised to leverage your child’s strengths while addressing specific goals using a developmental approach.

Through fun, engaging, play-based activities, we help children build essential skills such as:

  • Fine motor development

  • Gross motor coordination and strength

  • Sensory Processing

  • Emotional regulation

  • Play and social confidence

  • Visual processing skills

  • Pre-writing / Handwriting development

  • Daily living skills

Our therapists work closely with families, empowering parents with strategies to reinforce progress at home, school, and in daily routines.
